All our products are made to order, which means:

3. What are the delivery times?

  • Production: 3 to 7 business days
  • Standard delivery: 3 to 7 days depending on your location
  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link upon shipment of your order

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

  • Orders can be modified or canceled only before production begins.

5. How do I return or exchange an item?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the product, only if the item is in its original condition.
  • Contact us at vehoo.contact@proton.me to obtain the return label and instructions.
  • Exchanges are possible under the same conditions, subject to product availability.

6. Are the products consistent with the images and descriptions?

  • We do our best to ensure that photos and descriptions accurately reflect the products.
  • Minor variations may exist due to made-to-order production, which is normal and does not constitute a defect.
